It all started with a challenge...

I’ve always been a high-achiever,  so I was thrilled to be promoted to a leadership role. 

I was a technical expert, confident in my skills, and eager to take on the challenge. 

But excitement quickly turned to frustration. 

The team I inherited was dysfunctional. Morale was low, communication was strained, and goals felt more like suggestions than roadmaps.

Equipped only with my technical expertise, I dove headfirst into fixing the problems. 

I micromanaged, pushed hard for deadlines, and relied solely on my own knowledge. 

It backfired spectacularly…

The team became more disengaged, and progress stalled.

Desperate to turn things around, I swallowed my pride and started asking for help. I sought guidance from experienced leaders, devoured management books, and enrolled in coaching certifications. 

Slowly, I began to understand the power of empathy, shared vision, and collaborative leadership.

The transformation wasn’t easy. It took twelve months of trial and error, late nights, and a ton of learning on the fly. 

But gradually, things started to click. We built a shared vision, fostered open communication, and empowered individuals to contribute their strengths. 

Collaboration became the norm, and the team's energy shifted dramatically.

The results spoke for themselves. We not only achieved our goals, we crushed them. Our success story spread through the organisation, with other departments seeking advice on how to replicate it.

Witnessing the positive impact on performance, and most importantly, the joy and fulfillment that came with a reinvigorated team, ignited a passion within me. 

I knew I could help more leaders like myself navigate the challenges of team leadership and unlock their team’s true potential.

That’s why I became a certified coach. Now, after working with countless leaders and organisations, I can confidently say this isn’t just a job, it’s my calling

I’m a an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC) with the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI).

This shows I’m committed to upholding the highest standards in coaching and ongoing development of my skills. It’s not a job I just decided to do one day – I’ve worked hard to master this craft.

More importantly, it means you can trust me to be a professional, ethical, and truly skilled coach who will partner with you to achieve your goals.

My training ensures I’m equipped with proven tools and techniques to help you gain clarity, take action, and create lasting change. I won’t just be a cheerleader – I’ll challenge and support you to make real progress.

I am a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and I have worked in various industries, from music to law. I have also built and developed several high-performing teams in my career (actually, this is where my passion from coaching comes from…).

I am also a Certified Practitioner of the Leadership Circle Profile.

The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP) is a powerful assessment tool that provides leaders with a clear picture of their leadership behaviors and qualities.

As an LCP Certified Practitioner, I’m trained to professionally administer and interpret this assessment.
